Behold!!! The Cake!!
As promised, here is a picture of the cake!
Not as you all suspected a chocolate cake but a yummy lemon & cranberry cheesecake - far less calories!!
Alas, it is confession time!!
My daughter made this cake all by herself so I just cannot claim any credit!
It is very nice though and I think it is calling me over right now!!
