We interrupt the blogging . . .
. . . for a few days as we (my wife and I and my daughter and her fiancee) are off to Cologne, Germany to visit the Christmas market and to see all my folks. I was born and lived in Cologne for the first 25 years of my life and it's about time we paid a visit.
So, keep safe, my beautiful blog friends and don't forget me.
When I am back (by about Tuesday I guess) I will post many pictures!

Have a good trip. That's near the confluence of the Rhine and the Ruhr rivers if I remember my geography correctly. But maybe I don't, and I'm not going to look it up.
